Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly offer you a replacement.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• You must provide photo evidence of the damage or issue.

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

  Our team will review your request and get back to you within 5-10 business days.

  Refunds

  We do not offer cash refunds unless the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
